How to Become a WAEC Invigilator or a Supervisor?

To join as an invigilator, candidates need to visit the WAEC Supervisor portal, fill in the necessary application materials, and submit.

Ensure that all the required sections are duly filled while submitting the online application form, as an incorrect submission could lead to disqualification.

If your goal is to become a Supervisor for the WASSCE in 2023, you must complete the online nomination form, download it, and submit it to the WAEC Zonal office’s Head School Examinations Section.

Please note that the Council may opt to rotate those appointed within the Local Government Area or Custodian Area.

Please submit a passport photograph scan sized between 7kb to 30kb, with dimensions of 275 x 314 pixels.

Educational qualifications (primary, secondary and tertiary with uploaded scanned copies of certificates obtained).

Size of upload between 50kb to 120kb and dimension between 400x600pixels to 1200x1500pixels
Please provide a scanned copy of your National Youth Service Corps certificate or exemption letter, sized between 50kb to 120kb.

Scanned copies of Professional certifications where applicable
Please provide your employment history including the name of the employer, position or role held, responsibilities, and duration of employment.

Minimum requirement: Three (3) years of relevant experience.

A minimum of three (3) references
Additional qualifications include proficiency in Computer Science, Secretarial Administration / Office Technology, and possession of relevant skills such as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Required skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
