The Apprenticeship Programme is a well-structured, 18-20 month scheme. It offers Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders the opportunity to attain technical skills and valuable experiences, and to familiarize themselves with the company’s culture and values.

With its stringent design, you’ll be ready to take on responsibilities promptly after completion.

Practical Learning Experience

Your journey through the Apprenticeship Program will involve hands-on, self-study curriculum across our four Nigerian breweries.

This will help you develop a deep understanding of the mechanical, electrical, and automation/mechatronics theory, concepts, and operation.

As needed, you’ll assist with projects in the packaging, brewing, and utilities departments.

You’ll be exposed to the company’s Value Process Operations (VPO), develop strategic problem-solving skills, diagnose and troubleshoot systemic and situational issues, and learn to share solutions at all levels of the organization.

All these are aimed at honing your teamwork skills and fostering a self-sufficient mindset.

So what exactly are we looking for in our candidates? Here’s the rundown:

Minimum of an OND in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.Technical and industrial training is advantageous.

Age requirement: 18-24 years old.

A Few More Details

Apprentice role: Permanent, Band XI-B.

Hands-on activities and On The Job (OTJ) training will be assessed regularly.

Upon program completion, successful students may be deployed to any location based on business needs.
