How the Program Evolved

Initially, the program provided mini-MBA certifications to 50 women entrepreneurs in Nigeria and grants worth N9Million to the top 3 applicants.

Thanks to our partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC, a member of the World Bank Group), the program’s reach expanded to ten other African countries.

Now, in its 5th season, the program aims to distribute over N17Million Naira to WSMEs.

1st Stage

  • You must have an Access Bank account (Individual or Business account).
  • You must be a woman in Business with a minimum of 50% ownership.
  • You must be aged between 18 to 55.
  • Your business must have been operating for over 1 year.
  • You must complete and submit the application form.

2nd Stage

  • You must submit a one-minute video pitch about your Business.
  • Your business must be registered.
  • You must be available to undergo the Mini-MBA program physically in Lagos.
